Upgraded to Super Saiyan, Vegeta prevents Android 19 from destroying Goku. Amazed and frightened by this reversal of fortune Android 20 scurries off into the mountains, with the rest of the Z-Fighters in hot pursuit. Vegeta now realizes that the only way to achieve victory is to capture and/or liquidate Dr. Gero, the man responsible for creating the killer Androids. First broadcast in Japan on March 4, 1992, "The Secret of Dr. Gero" made its American home-video debut in 2000.
