To add to the above, the DRUG STORE COWBOY became the town gossip. He was there during coffee hour in the moring, the worker who grabs a sandwich at... snack time, and ofcourse the kids when they got out of school. He was the most popular guy in town. It was believed drug stores hired peeople to make to make it look the store was a popular place to do business. Seeing aomeone dringing a icecream soda would make you want on yourself.
