The casting director(s) for the remake of Footloose really made a terrible choice choosing Chace Crawford to play the part of "Ren." I mean really?! Crawford sucks as an actor, and looks like a little boy. Hunter Parish (stars in"WEEDS") would have been perfect for the role as "Ren." Hunter is so bad ass with a sweetness to him, can sing & dance, is a fantastic actor, and looks exactly like a young Kevin Bacon. I can't believe they didn't even think of Hunter for the part and if they did at least put in the front running for the role. Hunter should have been thought of even before Zack Efron. The casting directors must have been in a coma when they decided who to allow audition, and who they casted as the part of "Ren."
