Agree with most negative comments. At least Witherspoon is semi good looking- why does Hollywood continue to want to tortuture audiences with Vaughan as aleading man type? I can't imagine any woman finding him good looking. He's at best a supporting "court jester" type". With so many similarily themed Hollywood movies, you can see why our culture is so screwed up . As one reviewer said, if this is how anyone views the Christmas holiday, I feel sorry for them.

If you go expecting something like last year's best movie of the season.... "The Holiday", you will be quite disappointed as I was. A narcissistic couple from San Fransisco is forced to spend Christmas with their very strange families. If this movie is an example of how some in Hollywood view Christmas I am extremely sad for them. With the exception of John Voight's character, I wish I could think of something I liked about this movie.

Great movie for the season. Laughed a lot and really enjoyed it. Would recommend it if you have a true sense of humor.

I thought it was horrible. I love both actors and was expecting something very funny but this was not....I think some folks were laughing because it was just such akward humor...Dumb movie!! I hope reese is a lot pickier with her next role...

I can't believe the people saying this movie isn't funny. There were like 4 or 5 times where every single person in the hteater was cracking up. If you didn't think this movie was funny you live a sad life, and don't have a sense of humor at all!

What a waste of talent ... actually there were a few moments where we laughed, but basically this movie is not worth the price of admission.

This movie was hysterically funny with humor that maybe only a young couple can relate to. My husband and I couldn't stop laughing.
