Beautiful. I tried to bring up flaws when talking about it with my father, but rethought them; analyzed three times over, and saw that it is quite perfect. I'm sorry I stereotyped it for being an MTV movie. I will surely be seeing this one again.

This was a excellent film real inspiring.I laughed and cried in this movie. But, I recommend everyone to see this movie.Hilary Swank and all the actors were very good.Must See. Number 1 movie so far

I saw this movie with four of my close friends. We are only thirteen and chose this movie over many others. The movie inspired my friends and I and I actually cried a number of times - some tears of joy, and some of sadness. It is my favorite movie of all and I probably will end up seeing it again if not buying the DVD. Once the movie was finished, my friends and I turned to each other and all said, "I definitely need to get that book!"

Went to see this movie without any great expectations and was just blown away. Hillary Swank is a marvel and you come out drained. Nobody that I knew had seen it but made the calls to a must see movie. Don't miss it.

It all starts with the mission impossibe task of teaching gang,drug addict, killing machines they call themsevles teenagers this teacher didnt walk out she had patientce. she worked around the problem. she figured out a way to whip them into shape and make them care. that takes true character. thats what made this movie good because in reality nobody would have even taken the time they just would have thought "punk" and walked out. i would call it 'inspiration'. thats what it is!

Not usually much on this type of film. But was pleasntly suprised. I just ******* would turn out like that in real lifeall the time.

Don't miss it. Do not understand why the picture ran in fewer movies anr so short a span of time. Do not understand the critics low score.

Were we really suppose to believe that these 25 yr old actors were 9th and 10th graders? Very unrealist in my opinon!

I believe that this movie was a knock out movie. I enjoyed it so much. I was inspired by it, moved. It's such a powerful movie. It's a must see. The kids and hilary in that movie did an amazing job. It was really convincing.
