I thought that this movie should have been one of the first movies of his. I think that it showed a lot bout his mother and took a more revealing of him, and told us things that we should have already knew about him.

I thought that this movie was great! In fact, my three year old son watched it and loved it! I cannot even begin to think why grown men are saying they are scared of this movie. I think that they are being very childish my son watch this movie without taking his eyes off it for a minute. For all those people that think otherwise about agreeing to go to the movies with there husbands should just go by themseves because men these days

what you people are saying doesnt make this movie a hit at all..it was far from being a remake or a sequal and you guys must've taken a teen or early twenties person of this horror written crap or someone who scares easily or dont really look at horror. this was a waste of time and money and untill they let kane hodder resume jason the character of jason vorhees will not even stand out much.the whole plot was stupid niether did it make sense and my money was waste,moostly eveeryone left dissappointed,my daughters in her twenties and even she said it sucked. if u guys wanted a flick why didnt you just call billy d or vanessa del rio to screw jason,this movie was a total flop and they are trying hard to salvage its reputation..it sucked big time.!!..trash!!!..crap!!!

I love scary movies and have seen just about all of them but If I went to see a scary movie, NOT a porno!! Why cant they make scary movies without all the CRAP in it??!!

I like the movie, it was a lot better than I thought. Hell my date kept jumping her ass out of her seat which was scaring the crap out of me. It also had its funny moments which is something that definitely has to be in a horror movie. Thumbs up!

I saw Friday the 13th last night and I must say that I did enjoy it a lot. Yes, it was different from the original but enjoyable to say the least. The beginning was the best part for sure and I will be nervous on my next camping trip for sure! There are many parts that made me jump and I can honestly say that Jason was lethal and relentless!! Don't piss him off!! I can see where many critic reviews would be different, but with being a fan of Jason, the movie was very entertaining. I am looking forward to seeing it again and will buy the movie for sure. Go see the movie, but keep an open mind ....you will enjoy it!!

I really hope they release a director's cut that's unrated because i wanted more blood. The movie was entertaining and was a good new version of the originals, but with more abiltiies in movie making I was hoping for more gruesome killings. Overall it's Friday the 13th and you can't ask for more.

looks good from begginning to end, but i need to have more killing in it, i though jason knew what he waz doing!!!! well, he doesn't!!!
