Though you can see the footage for this movie (the first 15 minutes) on google, there is a slight problem...Peter Jackson and Neill Blomkanp quit this project earlier this year because of "creative differences" that couldn't be solved. Instead, they chose to direct District 9 (which looks equally as bad ass). Therefore, Spleenman42 is wrong.

Treverk8461 is wrong the halo movie was cancelled periodicly but now is back in production. Peter Jackson, (maker of all 3 lotr films) is producing it. it has started filming but probably wont be out untill 2012 (some say 2010). When i first heard there was gonna be a halo movie i was so excited!!!!! But it is hard to know whether or not it is gonna be a movie.I saw some trailers on youtube and i knew those were either halo wars trailers or fan trailers. I did go to ask.com and saw some footage but it didnt look all that great. we can only wait to see if it is worth the wait. I swear whether it is good or bad i will see it

I guess these people don't update their page very often. Listen up people: the Halo movie is DOA. They announced it a few months ago on G4. Now, whether it gets picked up again in the future; who knows? (look how long F4 & Spider-man were in hiatus before production) Till then, you fanboys will have to keep dreaming.

these people are stoned. they should know by now that the whole halo franchise was a billion dollor donught. i am under the eserb age (17) and this game is da bomb or quote unquote SICK NASTY!!!!!! and yes it has been under debation for several years. rated x or not, this movie will kick @#$ and i will be seeing it one way or the other!!JUST A THOUGHT, IS THE VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE REAL OR ARE THEY CRAP?
