When Hannah Montana came to the city of Albany, my husband and I tried forever to get tickets to the concert. It was unbelievable how much the tickets cost-not to mention how much the scalpers and e-bay were charging! One would have to take a second mortgage out just to send their daughter alone because they couldn't afford two tickets to go along with them! So, the movie comes to our local cinema and we had received movie passes for Christmas so we take our daughter to see the movie of the concert we couldn't take her to and they don't accept movie passes of any kind to "THIS" movie and the tickets are $15.00 each!!! It's too bad that our daughters think Hannah Montana is the greatest thing since white bread.

It was a great show and entertainment. The 3 D effects were perfect for a concert movie. The behind the scenes moments showed how complicated it is to provide such entertainment. It also shows how down-to-earth, how extremely hard working, and how normal Miley Cyrus is. All the critics who take themselves so seriously that they have to do a "profound" review of the movie and pan it from an "artistic" viewpoint totally miss the point!

How can the greedy people now in charge at Disney. Sleep at night. They make "MILLIONS" on Hannah Montana, by showing it 3 or 4 times a day. Then turn around and charge $15.00 - $20.00 a ticket to see the concert at the movies. When they have already made millions on concert sales. I can only imagine what the DVD is going to cost. No wait I can see it now! They will flood the airways with ads for the concert to shown on TV and charge millions in ad spot. Walt, Walt where are you. Parent from Princeton, FL.

I, myself am a big Hannah/ Miley fan, so of course I went to see the 3-D movie. The huge movie fee through my dad off, and even blew away my friend and I. We paid the $14.00 rip off and went into the theater. For a most part, this movie was a bore. If it wer'nt for the 3-D affects and my I-pod I probley would have fallen asleep. At least 1/4 of the movie was the Jonas Brothers, which was probley the highlight of the movie. The thrown drumstick and the confetti were also pretty cool, but that was it, no big whoop here. To rate this movie I would give a 59/100. My recomondation, DON'T GO, its a rip off and so not worth the cash.

There is a reason why this isn't in more theatres. It takes special projection equipment and a sound system that can blast the walls out of the room. This is a rock concert and yes they blast people out of the theatre. There aren't that many movie theatres with the special equipment needed to run this. Check listings for a big city near you and I bet you'll find it.
