Ok, first I don't understand why they only released this movie in some towns, and then to small theaters at that. I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to see this movie, but have to say it was well worth it. For those who loved Shaun of the Dead, you will love Hot Fuzz. You may not recognize some of the characters because of weight loss, but many make a second run in HF. Also has many big name stars from Harry Potter to Underworld. Laugh your a$% off funny, but there are a few snoozer parts....great movie...*****

Hot Fuzz is a truly amazing mix of comedy and action. The irony is that although the film mocks cop movies it does an awesome job of actually being a great cop movie. I absolutely loved this film and hope these guys come out with another comedy quick. They have done justice to both the action genre and spoof/comedy genre. Go see Hot Fuzz.

Just watched the movie last night and it was awesome. I wasn't expecting the gore but that made the movie even better. Brilliant Film! Full house on opening night near Boulder, CO, whooping and hollering through the whole film...what a great way to spend a Friday night!

I have to say this was one of the only movies in recent memory that totally surprised me. I had seen some trailers and assumed it was a full on comedy. That's where I was mistaken. This movie starts as any other preceding parody, but hten just explodes. It grabs you so hard you're left spinning until the credits come up at the end. Sure to be destined a classic. True genre.

With Hot Fuzz, Edgar Wright has cemeted his place as one of the best young comedic directors working today. Just like SOTD, Hot Fuzz is a masterstroke of parody and comedic influence come together to make a hilarious movie unto itself. I highly recommend it for fans of 80s and 90s action movies as well as anyone who wants to laugh hysterically.

Hot Fuzz is a great movie and a perfect satire of cop/action flicks. In the mold of Shaun of the Dead, the film will keep you laughing... constantly... as long as you have an appreciation of what the filmmakers are trying to accomplish. I loved the movie and I wonder what's next for Wright and Pegg. Hope it's not a romantic comedy, although i'm sure they would pull it off and mke it hilarious

I enjoyed Shaun of The Dead, so when I heard about Hot Fuzz I knew it was something that I wanted to see. I know when the filmmakers were making this movie they did not have me in mind (A 25 year-old African-American woman), but it hit the spot non-the less! It is clever and well paced and I can't wait for the next project from these guys!

Just finished watching Hot Fuzz! I rented it because Bill Nighy is in it, but, as I found out, he has a very small part. Anyway, I got hooked from the start and the last 45 minutes was soooo good that I found myself laughing and cringing at the same time. Fabulous little movie!
