Plot Summary
Heartland livestock man Sweeney Bliss (Bob Burns) and his best mule take home the blue ribbon at a fair, which garners the praise of a visiting English soldier. Thinking that the British are mad for mules, Sweeney and his wife, Julie (Gladys George), take their animals overseas hoping to make big bucks. Initially things look good when the English military expresses interest in buying the animals; unfortunately, Sweeney's enemy, Porgie Rowe (Gene Lockhart), shows up to thwart his success.
