Story was fun and Mr. Atkinson made us laugh of course.
Way better than American slap-happy comedy. English isn't a buffoon, just in a little over his head. A very worth-while comedy.
my 16 year old son and I went together for some family time; we laughed so hard i peed and he sprayed coke over the seat in front. Funniest movie I've seen in years~
It seems it was going to be an awesome movie but I missed it. I love his movies he's a great actor. This movie should come in DVD.

I spent most of Johnny English wondering whom the filmmakers were targeting. While childish and silly, it's far too violent for young kids. Full Review

The laughs, including the big laughs, keep coming right up to the closing seconds. Full Review

All that matters with efforts like this is whether the cookie-cutter plotting serves up enough situations for Atkinson to contort himself into and out of jams. After all, are the narratives what you remember from the "Pink Panther" movies? Or the silly things, like that Clouseau could so easily get his finger caught in a spinning globe? Full Review
