I can't believe I sat through this garbage. This was a pointless, poorly acted film with no real excitement, story line or reason. The best part of the whole thing was seeing Rome and Tokyo (albeit for a very short time)...and if you want that, you can always put on the Travel Channel for free. Just a senseless waste of an hour and 45.

We liked this movie!! I have read reviews about it and was undecidied whether to go see it or not. But we went tonight to see it and we did like it.. The only thing I would have liked to had more "info" on what made him a jumper.. I liked that this was a movie that had a "love story in it" he had feelings for the girl since youth. And it showed his Mother and she got to explain why she had left. Over all glad we saw this movie.

Hollywood keeps making these lousy movies just to pay their high salaries. These producers, actors, writers, and directors are making millions on your backs! Stop going to the movies until they start making some movies worth paying for!

I try to watch the new movies before allowing my pre-teen and teens to see it. They couldn't care less whether the characters or plot are a bit shallow, but they will LOVE the action and the special effects. Pretty cool movie, a great escape that I can actually watch with my husband kids at the same time. Thumbs up.

I cannot begin to tell you how terrible this movie was. It had no development at all. I read the reviews before I went and I said aww let me give it a chance, what a waste of money. Please avoid this movie!

I couldn't wait to go see JUMPER - but it was a real let down for me! When a new thing was introduced, it wasn't explored in enough detail... it just "jumped" on to the next thing (which also wasn't explained fully). And the end just kind of left you hanging. It was only an hour and a half long... it should have run longer and spent more time delving into details. All it was was special effects (even those got a little too cartoon-ish at times). I was so disappointed in the movie!

It did hold my interest with all the "Jumping" around, but I wish the plot could have been a little better. It spent so much time trying to show the audience all the cool things he could do that it lacked in that area. Although, they're probably saving that for the next series of sequels they have planned, in which I will probably lay out more money to see.
