Our 16 yr old son and his friend have both been recommending it broadly. Our 23 year old married daughter/new mom saw it twice and loved it. We parents/grandparents loved it, but were a bit shocked by some of the frankness/language. Still, would go again. Speaks of the ramifications of choices from several generational perspectives. Doesn't use tired arguments. Fresh, but not for preteens unless they are very streetwise or already sexually active.

Although Ellen Page has amazing acting ability, enough to garner her an Oscar nod, this hugely unrealistic movie should have headed straight for Lifetime Television. Yes, young girls become pregnant everyday, but in this teenagers case, it is complete smooth sailing, without even a ripple of consequence. So unrealistic in fact, that some girls might even become falsely informed. Skip it, especially if you have a teenage daughter (or son). Instead, take your child to a real school for pregnant teens. More lifelike, and educational.

EXCELLENT MOVIE, GOOD DIALOGUE AND STORY, BETTER THEN ALL THE GARBAGE BEING PUT OUT WITH EXPLOSIONS AND VIOLENCE. TEACHES CHILDREN WHAT TO AVOID, AND PARENTS HOW TO MANAGE SITUATIONS, SUCH AS THESE. RATING OF AN 8 ON A 10 SCALE.

I went into this movie expecting to see a great film. I had been waiting since December 5 to see it and I was so happy when I found out it was opening up worldwide on December 25. I left the movie theater in awe. Not only was it witty, but it had a lot of deep and meaningful moments in it, that made me almost cry. Ellen Page and Michael Cera did a fantastic job together as well. Oh yeah, and I fell in love with the soundtrack! All in all, I loved the movie, and I hope it wins some Oscars :)

This was the best movie we've seen in ages. Ellen Page is adorable, funny and brilliant. Oscar worthy performance if there ever was one. If you haven't seen this, do yourself a favor and go. You'll be very happy that you did.

This was a big surprise. I went with my eighteen year old and my twelve year old. I knew she got pregnant but I did not think she would be taking about picturing the boys nude and "doinking?" them ec... It should have been rated no one under seventeen we walked out with in the first fifteen minutes. If it had a good plot it's a shame they ruined it with such perversion and bad language.
