wat a terrible movie!!!!!!! i could go on and on about how poor acting this movie had! just awful

I have to say that this was a really good movie in my opinion, and I loved every minute of it!! Abigail Breslin is a totally fantastic actress, and it was great for her to play Kit Kitteredge!!

Wrote a review but the text did not appear. Sweet film, good acting by all except Joan Cusack. Absolutely the most annoying performance ever. Flaps her arms around like a goose and acts like one. Rest of the cast super and the film quite entertaining.

Given our economy, "Kit Kittredge" is a little scary! It takes place during the Depression--and opens showing how houses are being foreclosed upon all over the neighborhood. Still, it's a wonderful little movie--great performance by Abigail Breslin and the other kids...I'm a 50 yr old woman with NO kids and I still thought it was darling. I highly recommend--especially good as a positive role model for young girls, much like "Nim's Island".
