okay. this movie had its funny parts. some of it was boring. but there was this one scene i couldnt stop laughing.

This was a boring movie I was falling alseep in the beginning. there are some funny parts but overall don't waste ur money seeing it. There was no plot no sence of where the story was going, it was all over the place. I like Will Ferrel but this was not on of his best movies.

I was stressed out Wednesday, which can happen to us creative types. So after work, I went to the movies to relax. Having made no prior plans, I purchased a ticket for the first film starting during my arrival at the theater. I selected "Land of the Lost" starring Will Ferrell as Dr. Rick Marshall, and the film was so bad that it was funny. I mean, I laughed so hard because of the film bad acting and equally bad plot line, which dealt with time travels of a sort. If the film was intended to be a spook of the 1974 television series created and produced by Sid and Marty Krofft, it ******** mark. This newer version of "Land of the Lost" can easily be rated as the worse film of the summer of 2009. However, the best scenes in the film was when Will Ferrell character Marshall continues to describe the dinosaur as having a brain the size of a walnut and watching dinosaur immediately reaction as its stopped to listen to Marshall, then jumping a divide to kill him, and later in the film after Marshall repeat him view on the size of the dinosaur's brain, the dinosaur responding by dropping a Volkswagen size walnut at the mouth of the cave where the time traveler are staying. Regardless of the film quality, I was much more relaxed after seeing the film. So I guess a bad film can sometimes have its good effects.

Will ferrel is such a riot so I definitely recommend seeing this movie it is filled with adventure, excitement, and you will be laughing and falling out of your seat. (and I don't mean literally haha). Step brothers was such a movie as well Land of the Lost good but the next oscar towards the future. So go out and see the movie!!!!! :):):)

I have walked out of about three movies in my life and this was one of them. Don't waste your time or money.

This movie was flat out funny. Don't listen to the critics they are a bunch of old grumpy guys. It is funny from the first scene to the last scene. Great job Will and Universal.

One side note, I could have gone through the whole movie and NEVER needed the boob grabbing and humping refrences.
