A great movie, albeit far far fetched.

This movie was adorable, I enjoyed every moment of it. I got a lot of people into the movie so it says something. Seriously considering renting the movie again. Gosling did a wonderful job. Kudos!!!

I REALLY REALLY wanted to like this movie. I go out of my way to like off-beat, non-blockbuster type movies. I go out of my way to see the artistic side of films. With that said, this movie just doesn't make sense. I get the emotional issues and I get the community trying to help, but it goes way too far and it stretched way too far to even begin to let you imagine this happening. I suggest you not spend any time with this movie, as much as I strived to like it.

This was such a great movie. I have enjoyed every movie Ryan Gosling has been in so far, and this is one of his best ones. The acting is so good that you can't help but to feel sorry for Gosling's character, and towards the end, even you start to see the doll as a real person. It has drama, it has comedy, it should have been nominated! Definitely a must see.

This is an under rated main character and movie makers. Yes,it can be slow moving for some. but for the impressionable and sensitive viewer, an awakening. This moving picture (pun) is many faceted as an excellent film should be. It is never loud or objectionable. A strange man and his companion become not only believeable but lovable. I should know. My friend is a model for Lars.
