Have loved Dustin Hoffman since I was younger so had to see it. Enjoyed it from start to finish. Could so relate to his character with the family! Great movie!

What a delight. I loved this movie, no sex scenes, no bad language, just a real delight. Emma and Dustin have real chemistry. I came out of the movie with a big smile on my face. We need more movies like this one.

This was an excellent film about two lonely people who's paths cross and their lives are changed forever. Both Dustin Hoffman and Emma Thompson gave amazing performances. This movie was so much more than just a "chick flick." I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that there were no sex scenes and only a few cuss words during the entire movie. It was more about a beautiful friendship between two people of the opposite sex and not about physical attraction. This film is definitely Oscar-worthy!

This movie was boring I thought--very slow---no chemistry between Emma and Dustin--no romance to speak of--just a drag I thought~~It was s---l----o----w and so predictable... NEXT!!!

Disappointing. I expected a lot more from this film considering it starred Emma Thompson and Dustin Hoffman who are wonderful actors. I had hoped to see much more of London. BLAH.

What an absolute disappointment! The dialogue lacked any degree of interest whatsoever. These were two very dull people who emoted a lackluster interest in each other due to their horrendously boring dialogue. You have to wonder how starved audiences are for some sort of intelligent interplay, that they need to project any level of spark into this absolutely lifeless, tepid, uninteresting script! Two popular actors (even Hoffman and Thompson) can't carry a bland excuse for a love story. What an absolute snore!!!!
