I came in late and missed the beginning, which is fine, because I'm not into gory/violent things, and I've heard his family's attack was pretty gruesome. There were a few gruesome parts that I looked away for, because I'm not into that type of thing, but overall, this was a great movie. It keeps you on the edge of your seat, wondering what the next trick will be. If you're uncomfortable with blood and stuff like I am, just turn your head; those parts are very, very brief and don't show too much. I'd def see it again.

This was a GREAT action, thriller movie. Jamie Foxx and Gerald Butler were awsome. This movie kept me on the edge of my seat, waiting for the next scream! High Five for director H. Gary Grey

This was an amazing attention keeping movie !!!!! No sleeping at this one.....The acting was superb...I give a standing up hand clapping for this movie...Intense, on the edge of your chair emotions mixed with fear and contempt for the many violent events that take place....Thumbs up to the production, special effects and cinematography...GO SEE IT !!!!

IS IT BECAUSE IT IS HOLLOWEEN THAT WE HAVE ALL THESE GRIM MASTERS DONE BY TOP BOX OFFICE STARS WHO WILL LATER BE EMBARASSED THAT THEY DID THESE UNNECESSARY MOVIES....(I'M INCLUDING ONE OF THE WORST EVER 'INGLORIOUS BASTERDS" STARRING BRAD PITT...SOMEONE SAID HIS CHILDREN ARE GOING TO GROW UP AND TELL HIM WHY THAT MOVIE WAS A WASTE OF HIS TALENT. Listen, I love movies, don't mind paying for my ticket and popcorn. But I quit looking at TV on June 12th, converter box day, because I thought it was time I took a stand against mindless, gratuitous violence just for the sake of being gross. I mean, what's the point. If some bozos break into my house and kills my family and I go hunt them down and shoot them because I do'n't believe in justice, and, I don't trust justice...then done. That's a movie about an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth and it may say to JUSTICE, you need to do better, and, the people may gree with me. But atrocity? The people will view me as just another killer.

Looking forward to this movie, since the plot looks intriguing and Philadelphia looks good in it--for a change. Movies set in Philadelphia usually have a dark side, showing warts and all. Philly ain't perfect, ******** a GREAT place to live and play. While they were filming this movie, a friend in the Comcast Building had to call security because the helicopters were so close to the building that she could spot the pilot's wedding ring outside the 57th floor.

I will definately be seeing this movie. Not only because I love Mr. Butler, but as the trailer continued, I got more into it. I am all for movies where the bad guy is doing good things and ends up taking everyone out. Tip: I would definately not show the clips with Mr. Butlers bad hair at the begining.
