The best film I've seen all year. Acting was fantastic all around--even the small roles. Cinematography was fantastic, but the best thing this movie has going for it is one of the strangest yet most interesting stories I've seen in a long time. I can't honestly rec this film for everyone b/c its sooo dark. For me, it was a 10/10 though.

This is just another hype campaign for another average movie. The movie is not deserving of high praise from critics and fans. It's very corny and campy to say the least. It does come very close to resembling and feeling like it is on the verge of being a great horror film, but anticipation quickly turns from suspense to agony because of that feeling you have when watching a low budget horror flick. The (unrealistic) behavior/reaction of the characters in most of the scenes is extremely annoying. This movie seems to be asking a person to defy all aspects of realism in order to enjoy it. I recommend a person wait to check it out on DVD to save money, unless you are into low budget Swedish horror films with subtitles, then enjoy.

A vampire film for IKEA lovers. Looks good for now, but probably won't stick to you for very long.
