  • Mad Max: Fury Road kicked my ass hard. It'll kick yours. So get prepped for a new action classic. You won't know what hit you. show more

  • Yet all this wit and effort and occasional beauty is in the service of a movie that is little more than a two-hour chase scene, one that seems founded on the assumption that if you show one set of people chasing another, that’s enough to get an audience excited: Oh, no, let’s hope they don’t get caught! show more

  • When the original filmmaker upgrades and expands on an idea and uses new technology while retaining the essence of the original story, it can be just the ticket for jaded moviegoers. Such is the case with Mad Max: Fury Road, an operatic extravaganza of thrilling action and nearly non-stop mayhem. show more

If you like your movies with 99% action, 1% plot, 0% character and 100% special effects, you'll love this.

What a disappointment. I've been a Mad Max fan from the beginning but I think they lost me on this one. Stupid story line and the cars were even worse. Good thing I liked some of the chase sequences or it would have been a total loss.

A WILD ROMP OF A RIDE!!! If anyone could fill Mel Gibson's shoes it would be Tom Hardy, he is rough and moody and smoldering . The only thing that would have improved this movie is to have Mel Gibson playing the big bad ass Immortan Joe, (failure on your part George Miller!!! for not knowing this!) the only other roll good enough for Mel. Charlize Theron and Nicholas Hoult blistered in their rolls Charlize can do no wrong. Worth every penny of 15$ I plan on owning this as soon as it comes out. Someone tell George Miller to wise up if he plans on making another Mad Max film! Put Mel in it, we'd all love seeing him!
