Great movie! Normally hate musicals but the cast, and music were great! They were actors trying (not too badly) to sing. Instead of singerstrying to act. This was a fun and very enjoyable movie.I might see it again!

wonderful, fun movie. I want to see it again and get the sound track. Streep deserves an emmy.

Was a totally fun movie. It was a sold out show and people sang at the end. Really enjoyed it. Great cast too.

I have seen the musical twice and loved it, the movie was even better. They were able to do so much more in front of a camera then they could on a stage. I loved the way the story line was written around the music. It just all flowed together and left you with such a good feeling, and in this day and age that is quite an accomplishment. I am going to see it again and when the dvd is released I am buying it.

Wow...this movie was even better than I hoped it would be. I absolutely loved it and it made me feel so good while watching. I'm still singing the songs to myself. Go see the movie and I promise that you will not regret it. The actors were such good singers, I was so surprised by it. Meryl Streep and the actress that played the daughter (can't remember her name right now) played the roles beautifully. Can't wait to buy the soundtrack.

Great or not, you can't help but enjoy this film if you love the stage play and ABBA and seeing some of Hollywoods biggest stars leave their natural element and go out on a limb for fun. It takes more guts than doing Shakespeare. Meryl's Streep's "Winner Takes it All" takes it all with the audiance.

Dinner and a movie with two friends. We're all moms of teens so we are close to Meryl's age. We laughed through the movie...it had a cute story line but there was a collective groan in the audience everytime they started singing. We laughed that as she sang to Pierce Brosnan as they were walking to the wedding that he probably wished he had never asked the question. And it was a long run up that hill so she needed to get moving. Pierce will never be the same in my eyes after watching his terrible attempt at singing. It was riduculousy funny, but more in a "I can't believe I spent $9 on THAT" way. We did have a good laugh on the way home. Maybe on of the three of us went home and ... :)
