This is the greatest movie ever this movie makes you relize about your kids and animals next time you see your kids or dogs give them a hug our kiss!! And Owen and Rachel did a wonderful job!!!! and Marley!!!!

I am furious at the people responsible for marketing this movie as a "feel good, family, holiday comedy". I went to see it with my 3 grown children on Christmas (opening) day. We all left the theater completely depressed and wondering why we went to all the trouble to order tickets on line etc. I was just glad I didn't have young children and watched as parents sheilded their kids eyes during Marley's endless, agonizing death. What a waste of talented, likable actors. Irresponsible and unforgivable.

I love Owen but this was so BAD!! It was not believable that he and Jen were parents of young children.. and there was no real story line that you could follow. When the dog was dying, it was so painful, reminded me of my dod recently dying..bought back all those memories..I cry for hours! it was a real bad movie!!

Don't waste your time watching this MOVIE!! really stupid movie!! I dont know why anyone would give this moive 3 stars :P if you want to see a funny movie go see "Four Christmases" this movie is very FUNNY.

Well casted movie. I enjoyed it until the end. The way they handled the ending was ridiculous. There was no need to focus so much on Marleys last few minutes.

Great book and movie. The book had more detail but that is always true when a book is adapted for a movie or the movie would be way too long. Great movie for the whole family and for all animal lovers.

I enjoyed the movie, Yes it was sad , but it is the cycle of life.However hard this may be for some perople to understand. The rateing is PG, this should have told you that this is not a movie for kids.

I am just a kid and I read the book... Some of the kids in my class formed a book club about it.... SO anyway my friend (who read the book) went and saw in theaters, and said that they skipped some of the best parts!!!! :-( .... So if you saw the movie then you must read: Marley: A Dog Like No Other. Mucho better then the movie!! Plus that rating is 4 the book not the movie cuz i did not see it.
