When Irish folk dancer Michael Flatley broke away from the critically acclaimed Riverdance, his ability to become a solo success was questionable. Years later, Flatley has proven to be just as successful sans-Riverdance if not more, as made evident in Michael Flatley: Gold. Combining the most popular clips from the now legendary Lord of the Dance and Feet of Flames performances, this program also features five new, never-before-seen dances. The 2000 release was produced by Universal.
