This flick is a real heart-grabber; Eastwood makes his best directorial smash. Maggie(Swank) ,is a tough gal who wants to compete in the "male dominated" sport of Boxing.Bruce Almighty actor Freeman, gives this film a real warm touch. I hated Maggie's family,because they did not care anything about her until she came into money.We find this "hard as nails" stranger was closer to this darling than her own family was.I felt a tug,as Eastwood was wrestling a hard decision at the church. A Bravo performance to Swank,Eastwood and Freeman for this awesome film.
