I will wait eagerly to see movies that njblondi hates...then rush to see it. This was one of the most beautiful movies I've seen in a very long time...on all levels.
oh my god - i am easily entertained, but this was the worst movie ever.....wait, only thing to make it worse is if it were one minute longer - you could actually see them acting out the stage directions - terrible script, awful acting - the critics have lost their minds on this one

Mozart's Sister is too often just one more rehashing of the "Aw, didn't women
have it tough then" thematic that never forces the viewer to acknowledge that
maybe they haven't got it as great as we'd like to think today. Full Review

The film's dogged repetitions regarding Nannerl's real-life raw deal dilute the reparative nature of the story after a while, and not even the movie's grainy, retroart-cinema look can keep viewers from gradually tuning out. Full Review
