I enjoyed this movie, I went last week tosee it. I give it 5 stars.

This movie was a dud from the moment the ideas were put to paper- absolutely horrible!!!! I am amazed at the kudo's that this horrible film has received. The character, a so-called 80's has-been, wasn't at all believable in the '80's re-enactments, the hair didn't look at all natural, the costuming was pathetic and again, unrealistic for the '80's... The dialogue held between the characters was not something that I found to be authentic!! Furthermore, Brad Garrett as the has-been's agent.... his SINGLE client????? Puleeeease!!!! Brad Garrett as ANYONE's agent is sadly laughable..... The clips that are shown here on the movie site and on TV are the best part of this movie, BELIEVE ME! If you and your partner have a collective I.Q. of greater than 60, you will self-destruct in self-defense just to get out of this abomination of a movie!!!! Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore were really slumming it in this one!

This film was so well done, even with its transparent plot and happy witty lines. The songs were fabulous as well as the choreography. I bought the CD for these melodic happy catchy tunes. It was nice to walk out of the theater feeling good.

It could have been a good movie if it had a good script, but it didn't. It could have been a good movie if the Kora girl knew how to ACT, but she doesn't. Maybe if the editing wasn't so distracting it would have been better. If you don't feel comfortable with an almost naked girl doing a "sex dance" (several long scenes of it) then don't go see it. The only part worth watching was the opening credits...that was hilarious.

Well, I am a huge Hugh Grant fan, so I may be a bit biased, but I thoroughly enjoyed Music and Lyrics. It was entertaining, romantic and sweet. Don't go looking for deep,intellential meaning. Go to have a good time and feel good!!! Hugh Grant did a great job singing too!

Hugh does his usual excellent work with some very witty lines and Drew plays another slightly daffy character to a T. The supporting cast are also at their best so the story, such as it is, moves along well enough that we don't really have time to care how frivolous it is. Worth seeing.

This movie was fantastic. It was really funny! The acting was great and I really enjoyed the entire movie!

This movie was brilliant!Drew and Hugh were very compadible.Singing and laughs, this movie is just fine for children over 10 and will make you laugh until you fall out of your seat!Best movie I've seen in a while!Go see it right now!Music and lyrics is

OK so this isn't the tyope of movie to win awards. That's not the idea. This is the kind of movie to see when you want something light and fun. Drew is just too cute. Hugh can sing and for young guys, there's Haley Bennett that plays as Cora the sexy girl singer that loves to shake her booty. You'll leave feeling good.
