Hugh Grant gets better as he gets older and puts forth some great dance moves. He was very believable in the story as a has-been rock star. A very cute film with a lot of fun for adults of all ages. Partly predictable but is quite entertaining and recommended for an evening out.

I absolutely loved this movie. Hugh Grant is hilarious without even trying. The entire movie was good. Drew Barrymore was awesome as usual. I wouldn't take my little kids to see it because of the pop singer --she's a little sexually explicit especially at the end, but both my husband and I enjoyed this movie. You gotta see it!

No!I feel let down by others' reviews here. Went to see it tonight with my husband who mercifully fell asleep during the middle. I think I dozed somewhere in the middle as well. Can't anyone make a real romantic comedy anymore? This movie was like a checklist of incidences that didn't come together even with a great cast. The obligatory short fight scene of a Brit defending the damsel a la "Bridgit Jones" (where it worked), going to bed together, having an argument....oh, it didn't work. Save your money

If you want to leave a movie feeling happy this is it! It should appeal to people of all ages that still believe in old fashion romance! Hugh Grant, Drew Barymore and Haley Bennett all did great jobs. We also loved the music. This is truly good stuff so enjoy the experience!

This movie is uproariously hilarious, I would recommend it to all of my Yale and Harvard friends. The acting is phenominal and the music is extraordinary.Hugh Grant is a sexy man in tight pants. His English accent turns me on. I was sweating in my seat through out the movie. I just wanted him to rip off all his clothes singing PoP! Goes my Heart.googoooo goo gahh gahhh DREW BEWY-MOWE!!!!!!This movie was like so totally amazing and like I wish I could like see it again and in fact im like seeing it again tomorrow!!! omfg!!!!!

Love Hugh Grantin every movie he is in,also in this one,but I think the movie lost the interest of msny expectators,I was waiting for more to happen,never did.Dissapointed
