Hardly groundbreaking, but for those with an appetite for an increasingly rare gust of unapologetic romance, well, as they say, any port in a storm. lets just say they could not get this movie out of gere!!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED with this movie...the previews looked great...but it was so slow and the ending was even worse than the beginning...POUT

This movie was awful. Save it for a rental and when you have absolutely nothing better to do. The clutter house was so distracting and the dialogue so sappy.

Decent movie--could have been better--but shows some reality in it when not all ends on a positive note. Worth seeing.

The movie is worth seeing if you're a Richard Gere & Diane Lane fan. I read the book last year. I admit the book is better but that's usually the case. I totally enjoyed the movie. Bring tissues if you go see it.

Lifetime movie - quality acting, pathetic & cliche plot. This movie wasted my night and my money. I was disappointed in Mr. Gere.

I loved it. Diane Lane deserves an Oscar.

I love the movie. Definately a chick flick. Don't take any men with you. Bring lots of tissue. Us girls cried our eyes out. Loved it. All the women in the theater were in tears. Haven't read the book but want to. The books are always better.
