This music documentary presents a 1979 concert held in New York City to raise awareness about the dangers of nuclear energy. Among the many artists who perform are Bruce Springsteen (debuting his beloved E Street Band), Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt and the Doobie Brothers. In addition to numerous live songs, the film includes antiquated nuclear propaganda segments, behind-the-scenes footage and clips of an anti-nuclear-power protest staged in Lower Manhattan.
