Why isnt this movie in more theaters??!! I have to travel 30 miles to go see it and its earliest showing is at 9:20 pm!!! This is not fair!!! I've been waiting for a movie like this forever and now that its out I cant go see it. I'll have to wait until it comes out on DVD. Aye, Dios mio!!!! Oh, and by the way I am Puerto Rican from Humboldt Park where I hear this movie was filmed. I am currently living in Central Florida. I miss Chicago and the Puerto Rican community there. This would of been a perfect movie for me to see and truly enjoy

This movie pretty much sucked. I'm REALLY surprised by some of the reviews on here. It's a Puerto Rican film not a non-race movie. I have no clue why Debra Messing chose this movie, she must have been bored at home or something.

I went to see this movie last night, and it was "AWESOME"....It was full lots of hispanics.....I loved it from start to finish...brought back a lot of memories...Go see it!!!!!!

I would like to know why this movie was only in theaters in my area for a couple of days. Now I have to travel at least 25 miles to see it and even then it is only showing once per day.

I so agree with what the others have said about this movie. I loved it from start to finish. Finally I can be proud to be a Puerto RIcan and see a movie representing my people. I mean the mom is so like my Puerto Rican Mom and so is the rest of the family and I am my Mom and Dad's favorite also. The one thing that is a shame is that more Hispanics and Puerto Ricans won't give this movie a chance.This movie should be doing a killing at the box office, but it's not and that truly is a shame. That is why hollywood doesn't make more movies for us Hispanics. In closing Like I said Loves it and would recommend it to everyone. I can't wait for it to comeout on DVD. PLEASE GO SEEEEEEEEEEEEE it

Even though I am nor Puerto Rican or Hispanic, I enjoyed this movie. Made me hungry. The ensemble cast gets it done, though I missed Hector Elizondo. Alegre !!

This movie is bad, it is like Home for the Holidays with Holly Hunter totally copied, and less entertaining. It is not funny and just a load of family drama with very predicatable endings. I left early!

We went to see this movie tonight. They need to make more movies like this. This was a great movie. We enjoyed everthing about the movie. As an African American, I got a chance to see a great movie that was not Black, White, or Asian. I hope that Hollywood will discover that there is a market for good movies like this one that I think people of all races will enjoy. Go see the movie, you will like it.
