My friend and I laughed throughout this whole movie. It was not scary at all and it had a horrible story. It is too predictable. Save your money for a different movie please.

this movie was weird and stupid. me and my friends laughed through the hole thing! i went to the theatre expecting something totally different than what i got which was a cheap non-scary movie that had no story! o and by the way...the ending sucked.

This movie wasn't bad at all. It had its scary moments too..Trust me people i am a fan of scary movies and this def worth seeing...and there wernt n e plot wholes jus to clear that up. It wasnt a man in the pond it was one of the ghost...they tried not to answer the phone but it left a voicmail. the red candy was from the ghost kid..don't say it was hard to unerstand cuz if u didnt understand it then ur pretty dum..TRUST ME GO AND SEE IT!!

so basically it was the funniest movie I have seen. ever. sure, it wasn'ts scary at all and the end made no sense, and sure I wanted my $7 back, but was totally worth the laughs, me and my friends were cracking up. it was a really good thing there were only 5 other people in the theatre because otherwise we would have gotten kicked out. But seriously, don't go and see it. I'm sure we're the only ones who found it funny :]

that movie was scaryyyy. i pee peedd my pants a little at first but then towards the endd my poopss came out. omg and this girl behind me ; she was 98 years old and she yelled a bad wordd. i told my mommy causee im only 10 years oldd. when i saw that ladyss face deadd i yelledd ricee cakess. and the whole world yelled at mee. so i said SUGAR LiPSS ! and then i realizedd i never saw thios movie yet so my review makes no sensee. so yeaa byee byeee :]- ashderman uhlfis

Oh my god...words can't describe the horror I felt while watching this movie! THE HORROR OF HAVING TO WATCH IT! I wanted to bash my head against the seat. I know what makes a film good and this was NOT a good film!! People there is a difference between movies that are FUN and movies that are GOOD. This movie had so many plot holes..(WTF was with the big man hands in the pond? and why did that corpse come to life???? HOW COME THEY DIDNT JUST STOP ANSWERING THE PHONE???) If you're going to see this movie, see the original Japanese version...Please for the love of film.

I really liked this movie, I thought it kept you on the edge of your seat and had a surprise twist. I see every scary movie there is and I am a tough critic. Not many so called "scary movies" are chilling. I would definately recommend this movie. I want to go see it again. I also loved the characters. Ed Burns is great eye candy. 4 stars
