Paul Blart: Mall Cop User Reviews

Kevin James' doe a fantastic job, playing Paul Blunt character. The single, suburban dad, trying to make ends meet as a security officer at a New Jersey mall he portrays is very Funny, sad moments with a touch of reality. He was the best comedian casted to pull off the Paul Blunt story.

shogun I'm going to see this movie tomorrow. Finally, a movie written for K.J. with his style of comedy. By the commercials alone, I can see the king of queens style of writing which fits him. I'm ignoring the bad reviews from people that apparently expected 'there's something about mary' and got king of queens! I'm a real K.J. fan and expect to see a movie with clean physical comedy. Of course it's formulaic! He's an overzealous security guard out to save his mall, which I totally expect he will in a very funny way. The commercials alone show the wacky stunts he pulls to defeat the enemy. I don't expect Die Hard with a comedic twist! Just K.J. in his Doug like character!

Lighthearted, touching, hysterical. A great movie for all ages. It did start out a little slow, but the rest was worth the wait. Not a movie to be taken seriously in any way, you have to appreciate a movie that is entertaining WITHOUT foul language or nudity. Relax and enjoy a lot of good laughs. Make sure you stick around to watch the credits roll - and catch the end of the story.

I love Kevin James but this was disappointing. So many missed opportunities for laughs. Pretty slow and boring. Sorry Kevin.
