No one realizes that this is actually a comic series... And Scott Stewart RAPED it badly and called it \"new\". I will never siggest this movie to anyone. If anyone wants to watch some thing like this, READ the comics.. They are far better.

It makes me sad that Paul Bettany has been shunted into crappy films and crappy roles like this for the past decade. He's such a good actor and extremely versatile. Not many people can switch effortlessly from a raunchy Geoffrey Chaucer to a crazed albino monk.

I thought this movie was okay, it could of been pushed a little more further in terms of description of the origins and the characters. If this movie was just a build up for the next one then, I'll be waiting for the next one for sure! The concept was very interesting.
