A very entertaining and thought provoking film that protrays the difficult ethical and moral struggles citizens in Anywhere, US must face when the landman comes to town. Many will be able to relate to such struggles. Well worth seeing again!

Quite good! Matt Damon and Frances McDormand are sent by a conglomerate to dupe the residents of a farm town into allowing the company to \"frack\" for natural gas in their town. John Krasinski is an anvironmentalist trying to thwart their efforts. Great acting, drama, and a twist ending.

This movie is filled with half-truths and the rest is outright lies. Avoid seeing it

Frightening to see what the companies will do just to get money. Worth seeing for the information.

I can't help feel that some important things were left out of this movie...like the fact that it was financed by Abu Dhabi...I think it will be a long time until i see another Damon movie, I liked him so much more in the Mr. Ripley flick.
