Public Enemy Returns Synopsis & Summary

The burnt-out policeman from Public Enemy returns in this sequel that finds Kang ready to retire, but unsure of how to support himself and his family unless he can come up with some quick cash. When Kang finds a link between prominent businessman Lee Won-Sul and a series of recent murders, his efforts to convince everyone that the respected pillar of the community is in fact a conniving snake and dangerous crime kingpin backfires in ways he could have never anticipated.
