I was disappointed in the bloody gory details of the scenes. I love the actor who played in "ROME" but missed the story line and action of the first Punisher that I saw 6 times and will continue to see. I did not follow the comic book series, but this is not entertaining, unless I like brains and guts falling all over the place. Thumbs down.

I just saw it. Ray Stevenson's Punisher is so much better than Jane's. I was skeptic at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was closer to the comics and thus earns my seal of MARVEL approval.

The last one with Thomas Jane didn't do well either so bringing him back was no sure way for it to do well

This is not a sequel!!! they are rebooting the series and trying to make it closer to the comic. Looks like they finally got it right! Can't wait to see this

Thomas Jane should be playing the Punisher in all future installments. He did a much better job than Doulph Lungrun.

I think that this is a huge mistake without Thomas Jane(who in fact is one of the best actors I've seen in a while) why is he not in this sequel, was he even asked or did he turn it down, please some info would be much appreciated.
