I loved this movie. But when they took out Q and the car chasing scenes the movie got a little less intense. Daniel Craig is a good James Bond but in my opinion Pierce Brosnan was and will be the greates james Bond ever

Very disappointing because of a dumb plot. Casino Royale left off with a great cliffhanger hinting that an intriguing, brilliant, and very powerful ultra secret organization was behind all the mayhem of the 1st movie. In this movie we discover that this Brilliant Secret ORG is just a utility company that wants to double the monthly fee on the utility bill in a 3rd world country where the people are so poor that they can not even afford to pay any utility fees what-so-ever. The writers of this nonsense must have had more important things to do than write a good script. For Instance: Why not a plot such as - a secret organization that is plotting to weaken and/or overthrow governments in order to bring about a One World Government System for the whole Planet. That would have been more James Bondsian and justify a brilliant Org that has imbedded their dangerous agents unseen and everywhere. The villains in this movie were just plain stupid, certainly too stupid to have any kind of brilliant secret Organization that no one else in the world knew existed, and James Bond was a tad bit too sadistic.

The worst Bond movie I ever saw was "Never Say Never Again". It doesn't matter who the star is if the movie is long and boring. Action does not always foot the bill either. Dispite the Solace negatives, who will still not rent the DVD when it is available?

I hadn't been to a James Bond movie in years. I truly enjoyed this one. I especially enjoyed the new James Bond. Sean Connery will always be the real James Bond to me. Daniel Craig kind of reminds me of Steve McQueen. I probably read all of Ian Fleeming's books as a teenager.

Very good action scenes! I had no idea what ws going on in the movie half the time, but if you just want entertainment and action this would be your movie. I've never seen Daniel Craig as James Bond before, but he has a sense of confidence that we as an audience can believe.

There's no need for character development when you've got Sean Connery, Roger Moore, and Pierce Brosnan showing you what Bond becomes. It's a breath of fresh air seeing Bond's young adventures and finding out what made him the cold-hearted bastard he became.

Wow!!!!!!!!!! A high speed car chase with the bad guys firing machine guns at James Bond...how creative and exciting. It started out bad and stayed that way. Among the worst Bond films. Too bad, I hope the franchise learns from this mistake and comes up with a real script for the next one.
