I saw this movie yesterday and I think that it sucks. It was very boring and it seemed to drag on forever. Please please please do not waste your money to go see it. It was awful.

ok..........FIRST TO ANSWER "LINAGIRL" HE MOVIE SHE IS REERRING TO WAS: "HEAT" BOTH ACTORS HAD A ONE SCENE ROLE. THIS WAS THE FIRST FULL LENGTH FILM THEY BOTH WERE IN.THE MOVIE IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS. WITHOUT THE BULLSHIT YOU GET FROM CRITICS. SUCKED, SUCKED, AND MORE SUCKED. CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY TWO MEGA STARS LIKE THESE GUYS ARE EVEN ACCEPTED A ROLE IN THIS MOVIE. BEING A NYPD COP FOR 32 YEARS I CAN SAY WITH CERTAINITY THAT I HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT A COP MOVIE SHOULD BE, THIS WAS NOT ONE OF THEM, THIS MOVIE MIMICS "STAR CHAMBER" IF ANY OF YOU SAW THAT ONE? MICHAEL DOUGLAS STARRED. EVEN THAT, WAS A MUCH BETTER MOVIE THAN THIS. SURE THEY'RE AGING STARS..........BUT THERE ARE A LOT OF GREAT MOVIES BEING PRODUCED NOW THAT WOULD HAVE SET THEIR GENRE MUCH BETTER THAN THIS CRAP! SORRY........SVE YOUR BUCKS PEOPLE AND WAIT 'TILL IT COMES OUT ON DVD. (IT WILL BE SOONER THAN YOU THINK)

They are probably referring to them playing together at last because in the movie heat they filmed the scenes seperately-they had only done one scene together.

The movie they were in together was Michael Mann's Heat, although they only had one heavy dialogue scene together in the restaurant over coffee. The only problem I find in the promos for this film is the reference to the "badge", which is an LAPD term. In the NYPD it is referred to as the "shield".

SHutch, you're referring to "Heat" - however, I think that they're billing this as "together at last" because they were on opposing sides in "Heat" and they play two cops in this new movie. I will be there for the 12am show...I LOVE these two actors!!

I am sooooooo excited about this movie coming out! I've marked it on my calendar. Pacino is my #1 favorite actor and there's a fabulous line-up of actors in this flic! I can't wait!

The television ads for this movie keep saying that DeNiro and Pacino are "together at last" in a movie. They have been in a movie together before in which Pacino was a police officer and DeNiro a criminal. I cannot recall the name of the movie, but it was probably well over ten years ago.
