Director Miles Feldman helms this low-budget sci-fi-horror flick about an laboratory experiment gone very, very wrong. Allen Lee Haff and Guy Vieg lead the cast as a pair of lab workers developing an experimental serum that has the potential to revolutionize medical science. Unfortunately, the stuff has some extreme side effects on the test rats. By the time a gargantuan mutant rat starts attacking people, it may already be too late for them to stop it. Leah Rowan also stars.
