Pint sized super-sleuth Roxy Hunter (Aria Wallace) attempts to discover the true identity of a soggy stranger who may just be a real-life mermaid in this made for television mystery for the entire family. A taciturn newcomer with no belongings and no memory of the past has just wandered into town.
