Very entertaining action film. Weak storyline that wasn't properly fleashed out. Still, very good.

As the only action hero this guy should be required to put out a movie every 3 months.

Loved this movie. Action movie with a great storyline. J.S plays these kind of roles to perfection. I love when good prevails over evil. All around great acting and action scenes.

A pleasing little time waster this film. Over edited at the beginnning makes the lead character a little sketch but the details do get filled in later. In the end it all works out.

None of this bears much or any resemblance to the real world, but the violence crunches, the editing snaps and the humorous one-liners pop at well-timed junctures. Full Review

Statham probably isn't going to be doing Shakespeare anytime soon. But everybody ought to be good at something, and when it comes to this kind of thing, Statham is very good, indeed. Full Review

What starts out crisp and promising gives way to a conventional shoot-'em-up in Safe, a fast-paced but extremely familiar vehicle for Jason Statham, who can only carry the material so far on his brawny shoulders. Full Review

Boaz Yakin's slick direction, marked by quick cuts, unstinting energy and a lack of sentimentality, makes the action scenes satisfying. But he's a better director than writer. Full Review
