Sanctum: An IMAX 3D Experience

I thought the 3D effects were great, they created a dire sense of claustrophobia and suffocation. The scenery was limited to cave... s and dark underwater spaces, so there is limited color stimulation which is saying a great deal about the realism of spelunking. The graphic and gruesome death scenes definitely earn this the R rating. NOT for children in my book. From the start you have an impending sense of doom, the music is relentless in creating a sense of an ill-fated adventure into one of the worlds last unknown areas of exploration. I rank it 3star for making me a nervous wreck! Full Review

This movie is all hype & way too predictable. James Cameron set the bar too high with Avatar's 3D effects and this movie doesn't... atch up. Some of the worst acting I've seen in a while. But then again, what do you expect from a bunch of C-list actors & actresses. Avatar 2 better be badass to make up for this travesty of a motion picture. Full Review
