White Chicks is an extremely inapropriatemovie but it is really funny although the humor is kinda weird. It is basically an only ok movie.

i still maintain that using moore's tactics i could make a 'documentary' about mother theresa every bit as convincing as the twaddle he produces. let's see, film a couple hundred interviews, edit them, show only the more convincing five percent. oh yeah, it'd be oh so easy... like maybe interviewing a guy at the onset of his alzheimers (charlton heston). the thing that amazes me is the number of folk who put credence in this crap.

Urban fantasy meets film noir in this fantastic and woefully under-promoted supernatural detective series from SciFi Channel. The Chandleresque hero, wizard detective Harry Dresden "Paul Blackthorne", works as a consultant with a not-so-favored branch of the Chicago police on crimes with methods, perps or victims that don't fit into the non-magical view of reality. You'll find vivid, memorable characters, superb writing, wonderful dialogue, great acting, solid and complex plots. Watching the show may also leave you panting for more, and get you addicted to the book series by Jim Butcher, upon which this is based. "Yes, there are differences between the books and the TV show, but the differences do not detract from the quality in either case. Both series are magnificent." An undiscovered gem of a show. You'll be delighted you found it. I am.

I went to see this movie without knowing much about it. I knew that people took issue with Moore but that seemed narrow minded and partisan. So I figured I'd let the movie speak for itself. Well, did it ever. Anyone who has ever had to deal with the healthcare system in this country knows that this movie is right on the mark. Granted, Moore is somewhat tongue in cheek with a few scenes but if he didn't make me laugh, I might have cried. \n\nSave your politics for election day and be open to what this movie has to say. It is more than worth the price of admission. I might even see it again to make sure I absorb all the examples given by the people interviewed.

What can I say Michael Moore, you are terminally stupid. That is non-curable. I hope that your little make believe short films are reclassified as fiction. You make me sick. Go take a bath.

good job to michael moore on exposing all the corruption and greed that goes in our system resulting in families getting broken up needlessly everyday because of it! a must see!! since alot of people cant afford to get sick in this country, read "natural cures" and "more natural cures" by kevin trudeau on how to stay healthy.

If you go to school, if you go to the library, if you someday expect to recieve Social Security, if you want this country to have decent health care just like it has the other social amenities I mentioned, spend a ten spot and go see Sicko. It is a must see. It ain't perfect but it is the best we got.

My neighbor and I just saw Sicko. We laughed a lot, shed some tears and mainly were appalled too see the inhumanity of our country as opposed to the milk of human kindness of Cuba, France,Canada and Britain where they value human life, and health care is not the privilege of the wealthy but the same for all walks of life. Shame on us. Private insurance companies have to go. I love Michael Moore.

Once again, Michael Moore has managed to stir debate in the nation by stating his case and allowing the viewers to come to their own conclusions. As was the case with Farenheit 911, the audience laughed, cried, cheered and continued discussing the issues on the way to the parking lot. Michael Moore reaches a greater audience than do the candidates debates (canned photo ops and sound bies, that they are.)Those in the Health Profession who profit enormously from denying decent care to people in need may label Mr. Moore as unpatriotic because he dares to expose the truth, but I applaud him for asking why our great nation cannot do better by its people than it does now.
