Plot Summary
This feature-length concert film was shot in January 1980 at the first annual Sydney International Music Festival in Australia. The headliners are a trio of jazz legends: pianist Dave Brubeck, king of the West Coast Cool scene whose 1959 album, "Time Out," is one of the best-selling jazz albums of all time; flute player Herbie Mann leading his electric fusion group the Family of Mann; and soul-jazz keyboardist Les McCann. The film also features several lesser-known Australian jazz combos.
