Taken in Broad Daylight

James Van Der Beek (Dawson's Creek) shows off his dark side in this indie thriller about a kidnapped girl who fights back against her captor. Based on a true story, Taken in Broad Daylight follows the harrowing ordeal of Anne Sluti (Sara Canning, Kyle XY), a young woman abducted and tortured by a hardened criminal (Van Der Beek). Sluti carefully leaves clues as her captor moves her across state lines, allowing the police to stay close on her trail.
