Synopsis
When a bumbling police cadet (Rob Schneider) nearly dies in a car wreck while driving through remote mountains, the eccentric Dr. Wilder rescues and performs surgery on him in a barn. The problem: animal parts are used as transplants. When Schneider returns to civilization, he quickly realizes that the influence of these transplants is causing him to behave quite unconventionally. ~^Survivor~^ star Colleen Haskell plays Schneider's girlfriend, and Ed Asner and Cloris Leachman costar.
