Great movie, lots of action and laughs, need a sequel to get the boys out of prison. Troy Duffy, what is up?
Personally, I loved the movie. I thought it was an epic sequel and did justice to the first movie that started such a cult following. Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus were awesome as always, and directer Troy Duffy explored cool new directing methods while still staying true to his style.
Totally butched it. I had absolute hatred for the woman detective in this one. I watched the first one a hundred times, but couldnt even watch this one a second time. Thanks for ruinning a could be great movie series.
you probably won't believe this but here goes anyway,,,,I found the first Boondock movie at K-Mart on sale for $7.50,,you know,,in the $5.00 sale bin,,,,,was like finding a treasure,,,,,!!!

Earns points only for being remarkably unself-conscious about its across-the-board ineptitude. Full Review

The only truly ugly side to this self-consciously grimy movie is the streak of Neanderthal humor. Operatic overacting is funny. Racist and homophobic jokes? Not so much. Full Review

Isn't for everyone, obviously; it might not be for anyone, come to think of it. Full Review

Although the Tarantino influence still is tangible, this time around Duffy reveals himself to also be a big Francis Ford Coppola fan, but the cartoonish end result plays like "Godfather III" meets the Three Stooges. Full Review
