What was the Academy thinking when they voted on Slumdog ? The Curious Case of Benjamin Buttons was such a great movie! Brad Pitt was amazing! The muysic, the direction, the make-up artists, and so much more! We couldn't stop watching it and didn't want it to end! I have seen all Mr. Pitt's movies. This was such an amazing movie. Wake up "Academy" - stop voting for the movies that belong on the cutting room floor. We no longer think your choice of Best Picture, Best Actor, Best of everything is fair......you have gone polictical and your voting practices need a long, hard look...............Barbara from Georgia

people call this movie "cliche", "long", "boring" and "confusing"- It is not true I personally think the movie is like NOTHING you have seen, long but keeps you intrested, entertaining, and witty. SURE you need to think about it use your freaking brains!

Someone commented that you can't leave this movie or you will miss something? I suggested leaving three times, (once after an hour, once after two hours), before my companion finally agreed. Although the movie was well done, it was much too long and the premise was ridiculous. Near the end, I just decided that I had no interest in witnessing either main character's death and walked out. If I am ever interested in doing so, I can see the finale by fast forwarding on dvd, when it comes out.

Enjoyed this movie very much. The story reminded me of Forest Gump as it covered many years of trials and tributations of love and life. What was amazing to me was Brad Pitt in one of the last scenes as a man. He appeared much younger than he actually is in real life. Sort of the same actor that played in "Thelma & Louise" or "Legends of the Fall" many years ago. Bravo to the make up artists...or are you really that dreamy yet Brad??? You were eye candy for sure in those scenes!!!

Without a shadow of a doubt A GREAT MOVIE! If LITTLE MS SUNSHINE can get the Academy Award for best picture, this is a shoe in!!! Loved it and Mr Pitt, you are worthy of an Oscar for your outstanding performance! The editing was FABULOUS and the costumes GREAT! Bravo for a job well done! Good movie for having a glass of wine and a good discussin afterwards! applause applause!
