I'm interested in all things Roman, but usually I get the days of the Republic as subject matter. Not only is this movie in the era of \"The Gladiator,\" I thought it a much better story line: Honor and loyalty. Loved the movie! Loved also the attention to detail, except for one little detail. The two brown horses the stars were riding suddenly turned into a beautiful white one and a black Fresian war horse once they reached the woods. How could anyone miss that faux pas?
