The First Avenger: Captain America User Comments

The Director seems to know what he's doing. I've been a long time Marvel fan and I know you Can change things to make them fresh and relevant to today. These characters have a core story that is the essence of what they mean and writers and story tellers can build off of that so yes Samuel L Jackson can be the baddest MF in Marvel. But will they have Bucky? He's been pretty sweet as a black ops Cap. and how do you not know Cap's more then just super powers?

I have a question, what are captains America's power's. I mean anyone could wear cpandex, be a black belt, and have a shield. Same for Iron man. He created that suit of armor so technically he doesn't have any powers either. I REALLY REALLY WISH THEY WOULD MAKE A TEEN TITANS MOVIE, THAT SHOW IS DA BOMB!!!!!!!!!

To all you people who think it's OK that Nick Fury is no longer white, look at the history of the character. In WW2, there were no interracial units. The Howling Commandos were unique because they had people of many different backgrounds, but it was written in the 1960's. A black sergeant leading a specialized unit like this would not have existed. This is not ************ history. Nick Fury should remain as he was originally intended by his creators Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Also, crossing the "Ultimate" universe with the standard Marvel universe was a mistake. Great original characters should not be changed soley for political correctness.

I hope they stick to the books and have Stark form the teem, Not SHEILD. Jarvis needs be a man not a computer, It needs lots of NY City shots. I would love to have cameo's from the DD or Spiderman or any 4F er that might be in NY at that time.

as bad as the ddevil movie was mike duncan was a perfect fit, that got you upset? MCD is a great actor nd was a great kingpin he was the best char in the movie, as for jackson i totaly see him as fury, there arn't nough black heroes so marvel is going to change the races of its chars but it doesnt matter as long as they are good picks PS if your a real marvel fan you know racism isn't an issue in that universe stop making it one in ours

i dont think he was being racist. I agree the original Nick Furry and his howling commandoes was white and is more familliar to the general public, so it makes sense to keep him white. I like Sam as much as the next man but believe he should of been white the same with the kingpin in Daredevil. god that was a sorry movie

I think captain America will be a good movie . and to the guy who wrote before me who dosnt like Samuel l Jackson . Even a racist should see it was a good choice. also on another note generally one of the messages in marvel comics is prejudices is bad.

Great about time! Maybe they can get the Tuttles to Build his Bike as I remember Capt Rode A Motorcycle with his Sheild on the front.
